1. I complained at the front desk, asked to see a manager, lodged my complaint, and waited for someone to get back to me- which was promised.

4. We got our information wrong and missed all but a bit of the Fat Elvis show, but what we did see was pretty good - given that it's free, we can't complain about that :)The only criticism I have is that there is no coffee pot in the the room, and the restaurant does not offer coffee 'to go'.
