1. The dirty carpet, bad smells and thin walls were bad enough but the bites I ended up with were the worst.

3. Because our schedule was a bit off, one of us was sleeping while the other two were out and vice versa, we kept putting off the housekeeper and instead ran into her in the hall and simply did a swap of dirty for clean towels etc.

4. The hotel is dark, but it's meant to be that way, dark doesn't equal dirty; the rooms are traditional with dark wooden furniture and regency style wallpaper so if you like a contemporay feel, this hotel is not for you.
