We ask the front office supervisor to move us after we found ourselves sitting on the couch for about a half hour watching patiently and slightly annoyed as engineering, bellmen, and security come and go to fix the problem; and then we decide to summon the manager on duty, Matthew, explained the experience and requested to be moved to different room.

10. We didn't complain about any of these things since we were only staying 2 nights with a busy schedule, and didn't want to waste the time dealing with the issues or changing rooms, so in their defense, we didn't give them a chance to solve any of these problems.
