The service is really
poor
, the rooms are quite noisy in the night (because of some technical machinery) and the bathroom was quite old (rust on tap and things like that).

My question is this; WHY put a 'premium rate' room in such a
poor
location, and expect guests to pay more.

Only complaint is that the lighting in the room was
poor
- could use more lights - room was dark.

Don't be surprised when you call room service after midnight to find out they are closed, do not be surprised either when you starve because there is nothing to eat, don't be surprised when you open the mini bar and realize that your only alternative is overpriced and offers
poor
selection.

While this hotel is beautiful and in a great location, the horrible service makes it a
poor
value for the money.

Our balcony room was a
poor
choice, however, as the amplified music, party noise, emergency vehicle sirens, and motorcycle roaring (all typical 6th street sounds) kept us awake ALL night.
