3. We didn't complain about any of these things since we were only staying 2 nights with a busy schedule, and didn't want to waste the time dealing with the issues or changing rooms, so in their defense, we didn't give them a chance to solve any of these problems.

4. When I arrived at the hotel there was a couple at the desk in front of me complaining about different issues with their reservations and the 'boy' at the fronk desk offered them no solution and simply dismissed them as if they were not good enough to be helped.

6. But then at check out the desk clerk rebuked my wife for complaining about the air conditioning on her last visit (this was her first, remember, and I don't think I've ever complained about anything to the staff).
