1. hard to say anything about service as I did not have to deal with them too much (which is a I guess a good sign.

6. And no refills after they finally brought back appropriate coffee/tea (Is it really so hard to make it hot, and to follow up?)Asked for egg white omelet, but they 'forgot' and it arrived 'yellow'.

7. Bathroom was the prettiest I`ve seen in any hotel--even nice than at the Four Seasons and the like, but the shower was rather hard to operate (I`m no dummy, but it took a good few minutes to figure out) and the jacuzzi tub was kind of busted up.

8. When I asked to change rooms, I was told that nothing else was available--on a Thursday in Feb in Texas, hardly high season.

10. Hotel beds are uncomfortable; volume on TV only goes half way making it hard to hear.
