Staff: I was a little apprehensive of dealing with the staff after reading the reviews on this site, but I found them to be either friendly or brisk - no one was

it`s a good place to meet for a quick drink or hop over to Jo`s but not the place to stay unless you are consumed with appearances and just want to appear cool and don`t care about service (see all the reviews about the

When I walked into the lobby I was greeted with normal friendly service, not

Sure, HI doesn't have the coolest, minimal interiors or hip, little 'Joe's' coffee shop next door, but, then again, there are no

New Yorkers (or, worse, Texans who forgot their up-bringin') stepping in your beer.
