1. My only complaints are that our room faced the courtyard so it did get a bit noisy - if you're a light sleeper pick a room accordingly, and the hotel become a muddy mess when it rained.

2. When I went to check out I mentioned it again and the clerk told me 'Yeah everyone wants to sleep in on Sunday and it will really mess up our schedule if we give late checkouts' Hmmmm so there was my answer.
