5. A small issue with the suite is that the thermostat is located in the hallway and controls the temperature of the *entire* suite.

7. Overall the grounds are very relaxings and the only issue we had is checking in after it just rained and the pathways were muddy.

10. I`ve never had any of the service issues I`ve read in other reviews, and even with a limited staff and closed lounge/patio area on Thanksgiving Day, we were still able to get drinks and receive excellent service from the gentleman who was also manning the front desk at the same time.
