1. The only downside is the pool, which is teeny and gets HOT from the sun - like a very large bath, really - and the potential noise level.

2. Only downside is that it sits directly across from one of Austin's music hotspots and the sound carries and of course goes on well after midnight.

3. downsides? The room was a little dark, the airconditioner was the noisiest thing I've ever heard, there was no in-room fridge, the bar closed at 12 and the shower was a bit weedy.
