1. unfortunately there was only a lukewarm shower and very low water pressure.

4. unfortunately, we had to take the car for dinner and when we returned, after 45 minutes of searching, we gave up and went to the valet who told us that even as registered guests we would have to park at the public parking garage in the next block.

5. Due to the time of year the pool and pool deck was packed with people and unfortunately the hotel does not provide enough lounge chairs so many people had sit on the hard pool decking.
