1. All the staff in the hotel were friendly and although they charge for WiFi it is free in reception which isnt a big inconvenience.

2. I was told I could have a room on the 26th floor, but it is inconvenient to the Honors Lounge (have to go up and down the elevator, can't use the stairs since the doors are locked).

At check-in, they failed to mention a very important yet highly inconvenient little problem - non-guests frequently lie about being guests, use the hotel valet parking, fill up the parking completely, which forces actual guests to pay for off-site parking in un-secured areas far away from the hotel.

4. I've been to ton of these things all over the country and no matter how good they are, there's always some little thing that nags at me during my stay: inconvenient elevator location, lousy restaurants, mediocre room, bad location etc.
