1. Why is it so hard to provide FREE internet, a freakin towel rack, a microwave and small fridge? BASICS.

3. The convention center is right across the street, taxis are never hard to come by (not true for many other Austin locations) & when the light rail is fully functional to the airport, there's a stop literally right outside the hotel.

7. Due to the time of year the pool and pool deck was packed with people and unfortunately the hotel does not provide enough lounge chairs so many people had sit on the hard pool decking.
