2. Not in the mood to argue I can only assume she herself did not find it disgusting to drink from a filthy glass? I later learned that for whatever reason I was not booked to stay as long as I needed for the conference.

4. This was a smoking room, which we requested, but I have to say, this room reeked so bad of stale smoke, it was disgusting, and I am a smoker.
