1. The only thing I noticed is that the shower head is very low -- not a problem for me -- but at 5 foot 5 the shower head was only about 1 inch above my head.

6. Including, ignoring a request for a room away from the freeway (after a problem in our first room, they moved us to a room quite a bit further away, so clearly they ignored our first request) and sorting out the charge for the towel on the phone after.
