1. i called the hotel and the manager got back to me and sayed they didnt find bed bugs just bugs all over the floor and rushed me of the phone as quick as possible.

7. Also there were silverfish ( bugs) in both rooms I booked - a roach hotel sitting in the middle of the living area upon check in and broken hardware in bathroon, air conditioner grate kept falling off, hair in bath tub upon arrival.
