1. Slight language barrier with some of the staff whom had heavy Asian or Spanish accents but work hard.

8. After finally checking in, and locating the room, I was disappointed in the fact that there was not an elevator on the property, makes things hard when you have a semi-handicapped person and a ton of things to bring up, especially traveling with 2 small children.
