3. The room's nicks and worn tub, shower wall, nicked cart that held the microwave was poorly patched (no obvious signs of cover up done here), door jamb brocken and just painted over, just reaked of poor cleanliness along with lack of proper repair work/renovation.

The only negative about the room was the dearth of cable channels -- although they did have 3 HBO channels, they lacked CNN or ESPN but did have MTV1 and MTV2 and VH1 and Comedy Network and Nick -- channels seemed directed more to teens and pre-teens than to adults, but this is hardly a deal breaker.
