7. The Quality In gave me my last night in one of the rooms for half price due to the pool and breakfast issues but I had to complain 3 times to get any offer of anything - talked to 2 staff over 3 days then finally got the manager.

9. ) how can you really complain? They provide 'make your own' waffles, bread/english muffins, pastries/donuts, cereal (cheerios, corn flakes, oats), cheese cubes(???), coffee/tea, juice & milk.
