1. The room's nicks and worn tub, shower wall, nicked cart that held the microwave was poorly patched (no obvious signs of cover up done here), door jamb brocken and just painted over, just reaked of poor cleanliness along with lack of proper repair work/renovation.

3. There was a renovation going on near the pool that cut down on Breakfast seating I think as there were only 3 outdoor tables and very tiny breakfast area to sit.
