5. After 6 days of dealing with this joke of a hotel including being scammed by being booked in the wrong room, not a single manager came personally and offered an apololgy for all of this.

6. (Please find the picture attached to this review) If anything could have gone wrong with this hotel it did, where do I start? Through our travel agent we decided to have an in-suite grocery service delivery because it was Christmas Eve when we were checking in, and wanted groceries in our unit for when we arrived.

7. When we got there we didn't realize there were 2 buildings, went to the wrong building.

9. So overall three stars - don't get me wrong, this is a lovely place and we had a great vacation, but for me the cons did spoil things a bit, especially the smell and the wind.
