2. If you have a car, here are some restaurants that we really enjoyed: Mama's Fish House in Paia (REALLY expensive but a MUST - stuffed Mahi Mahi - simply FABULOUS), Star Noodle in Lahaina (dangerously delicious martinis, Seafood Dynamite was to die for - we went twice in a week.

3. I don't think the young parents realize how dangerous this is for small children, hot sun, hot water a recipe for dehydration and a sick child.

4. The beach whilst beautiful is pretty dangerous for swimming and was not recommended so we were confined to the hotel pools which I found disappointing.
