2. here are a list of minor grievances and inconveniences for your consideration when choosing a place to stay: -$25 resort fee (but that includes wifi and valet parking)-wifi access was a bit tedious with their website and password-the front desk and valet didn't ALWAYS answer when you called them.

3. The only complaint was that the elevators were frequently out of order and the stairs are not located near them so it was rather inconvenient.

I honestly did not think it would be an issue, as so many other travellers raved about being upgraded to a better room without even asking, but apparently they take issue with booking outside of their own website, because I got the impression that I was causing them an inconvenience to be moved to another room similar to my own.

7. This does seem to be one of windiest parts of the island, but it was actually quite refreshing to us and didn't cause much inconvenience.
