1. When I complained about the additional charges, I was told that all beaches in Hawaii are public; therefore, the resort does not provide any chairs or umbrellas.

3. Also those complaining about kids being there, if you read their website they do say they are family friendly, so I would recommend staying somewhere else.

5. I do wonder if you were in the other tower (you would be closer) and then if you were facing MTside view closer if that might be why some people have complained.

6. Dukes seemed to be always busy when we were there, so we never took advantage of it The one complain that my husband did have was that their BBQ grills (which was all over the property) were dirty and not maintained.

7. I only have one thing to complain about and that is the $25 a day resort fee that they charge.

8. Note: It's the same 3rd party company that takes care of this for all the resorts so don't complain about having to pay for it.
