1. The only downside is you won't have the front desk at your fingertips or daily cleaning but we didn't need that anyway.

2. downside of the rooms: too dark in the bathrooms (as a chick, I struggled applying make-up and not looking like a street-walker) and make sure to rinse your dishes well as the maids just shove them in the dishwasher and turn it on, so they are not always clean when it's done.
