That night the excessive cigarette smoke from the casino was being vented thought the airconditioning so we could smell it in our room ( non smoking room) and the queen size bed was the worst I have ever slept on, very saggy, my partner needed to change and sleep in the other bed as he was getting back ache.

7. A client provided me a room recently at the Hard Rock Albuquerque while doing a job there, while it is certainly far from the worst hotel experience I have had it surely ranks near the top of the bottom.
