1. We called and the maintenance staff were at the door within 10 minutes (if that long) and fixed the problem.

7. The distance isn't so much of a problem because if you know Albuquerque you'll it's a big place, you need a car to get anywhere and could arguably justify a private jet to get across town, but it's the lack of proximity to .
