1. My biggest complaint is the lack of amenities in the rooms, such as a coffee maker, mini-fridge, microwave, etc.

3. My only complaint is that the smoke from the casino could be smelled in the lobby as there are now doors separating the casino from the lobby.

4. I didn't use the jacuzzi, so I can't comment on that, but the shower was my only complaint about the stay.
