1. Most of the lotion & soap dispensers were out, they were short on towels AND worst of all-- they were hosting some kind of loud private-party in the 'relaxation room' serving nasty-smelling fried foods and then they bad-vibbed me for wanting to get my 'complimentary' iced tea.
