1. I pointed out all these safety issues and how horrible this concert experience was for my family to James and with all his training and professionalism did not comment on the many fights i witnessed in the mob or the child that was in danger that was standing on the rail.

2. Plus, a family had a 9 year old child dangerously standing on the rail and she could have fallen or worse on to the electrical equipment in front of the stage.
