1. After an extremely unpleasant experience at an historic hotel in Santa Fe, we were ready to go home to southern NM a day early -- in disgust and disappointment at wasted time and money -- even though we had scheduled a long weekend away to celebrate our 50th anniversary.

5. My husband and I celebrated our 1-year wedding anniversary here this past weekend and while I did LOVE the view (we asked for a mountain view) and the rooms were clean and nice with great New Mexico-style accents, I was disappointed in the customer service.
