4. I pointed out all these safety issues and how horrible this concert experience was for my family to James and with all his training and professionalism did not comment on the many fights i witnessed in the mob or the child that was in danger that was standing on the rail.

5. The service from the bellhops, valets, restaurant workers, Management Information Systems personnel (we had a tv issue) and casino workers was very good.

6. security issues? if so, how can the guard differentiate a hotel guest from anyone going to dine at the restaurant on top of the tower? We finished our day with a great scene of the moon rising over the mountain.
