1. The free continental breakfast was not bad, they had ham, hard boiled eggs, lettuce, tomato, etc to make a sandwich, bread with a toaster machine, fruit, various juice and make your own waffles (which was very nice).
2. We always stay at the cova when attending events at the bill graham civic auditorium, because late night cabs on busy nights are hard to come by, and the cova is in walking distance.
3. The roof terrace was nice for chilling out in the sun after a hard day's sightseeing.
4. To complement this they also had hard boiled eggs, waffle making machine, toast bread ham cheese slices, orange juice, they may have had yoghurt but I can remember.
5. The staff is very friendly and courteous, and work hard to make the stay enjoyable.
6. The beds are also really hard and the pillows flimsy.
7. During my stay, it consists of Ramen noodles, hard-boiled eggs, toast, croissant, waffles, cereal, juice, fruit, ham/turkey slices, milk.
8. hard to get past neighborhood however.
9. The area around the hotel could be improved, the area is very close to union square, civic center, and nob hill; but there is a small area that is full of homeless people, which we learned the hard way.
10. The continental breakfast was fine also, nothing to write home about, just your average continental breakfast food (cereals, fruits, yogurt, granola, ham, hard boiled eggs, juices, coffee, tea, etc).
