2. hotel is lovely, breakfast is fab, rooftop area is brilliant, (patio) got a brilliant deal and would stay here again even though the area is the only downside, don't wear lots of jewellery as you will get heckled.

9. The only downside to the Cova is that it is located in the Tenderloin district, with many homeless and probably drug-addicted people and the occasional prostitute wandering the street at most times of the day or night.
