5. It's right in the middle of Tenderloin which is supposed to be a dangerous area - there are lots of homeless people and drug dealers around but to be honest they don't really bother you - you just have to harden up and accept it I think although it's very sad.

6. The hotel ran a courtesy bus service to Union Square, which was brilliant as the hotel is located in a pretty dangerous area called the Tenderloin, and its not really safe to walk back there at night, although during the day its OK.
