1. I read a lot of good and bad reviews on tripadvisor before i stayed during my recent vacation in April.

3. When we asked for cab service we were told cabs are slow to come to that area on the weekends so we decided to walk (based on some reviews that said area was not that bad).

4. The free continental breakfast was not bad, they had ham, hard boiled eggs, lettuce, tomato, etc to make a sandwich, bread with a toaster machine, fruit, various juice and make your own waffles (which was very nice).

8. The only bad thing about the Cova Hotel which is a shame is the location, its in a really bad area in San Fran, full of homeless people, drug dealers and hookers.

10. To all of the review below, I do agree that the area surrounding the hotel was not the best, but to you all I also say this is a city with a lot of people good or bad.
