1. We were staying four nights at the hotel however there was a problem with our booking - only one bed and not two as requested.

4. So all in all, the boutique was nice enough, we didn't have the problems of small rooms that I had read in some reviews(they are small) but when they ask if you want to stay on street side, do yourself a fav and say NO thanks.

6. NB - there are more homeless and mentally ill people in SF than anywhere else we have been, they were not a problem to us and mainly just talked to themselfes or asked for loose change.

7. We had a problem on the first night which was sorted out by the very efficient receptionist the following day, The group staying in the Penthouse above the 6th floor kept us awake from 23:00 to 0400 (when we got up) as they partied, The night porter did not help at all.

8. One more thing, when getting dropped off by a friend the parking attendant gave us problems parking in their lot to unload our items.
