2. -parking lot in the back-close to the tour buses-Loris diner is right across the streetcons:-bar area in horrible condition/cabinets falling apart-a large bulb was broken on our porch,there was glass everywhere.

3. I expected more fromt he room after seeing the amazing work they did in the lobby and hallways - great carpet, art, tile, lighting, exposed brick; an amazingly beautiful face that led to a mouth full of crooked, broken teeth.

4. Having said that, there are a few things, such as the bathtrub that could use some attention (rusty spots and a broken drainplug).

5. The front desk staff were nice but the hotel is dingy and has a lot of thing wrong with it, things broken, chipped tile, cigarette butts thrown outside the window and lying on the roof etc.

6. When we complained we were moved to another room that looked a little better had no air conditioning and the heat control was broken and the heat could not be turned off.

7. No air conditioning, broken raw wood shelves to put your clothes on (no closet or dresser or draws)and a dirty bathroom.
