1. The one downside was the smell of chinese food froom the nearby restaurant that seemed to penetrate into the hotel.

2. downsides: There is a lot of construction around the building (as of late June, 2011), which can make getting to/from the hotel tricky.

5. Be aware, which we weren't prepared for, the downside of this is that you see all the homelessness in the city.
