1. For 200/night in SF, I don't expect a big room, but how hard is it to provide basic comforts, like safe heating when the temp is in the low 40's and some sort of noise guard? Also, possibly related to the Thai restaurant below, there were occasional fruit flies.

2. The A/C in the room comes from a noisy air conditioner, but with the temps in San-Francisco you hardly need it.

5. We had a Deluxe Double Double and although the rooms were quite small, (hardly room to swing a cat or store 2 suitcases) they were very nicely decorated.
