2. somehow it was my fault that there is a labour dispute :/The service is terrible- of course this is because they are unhappy with management but why take it out on the guests? As far as noise goes- it wasn't too bad but our room was on the 9th floor backside- so if you are going to brave this place before the dispute is over, than request a room in the back & up high.

3. It was clear he was unhappy with his job (unlike Hunter who appeared to truly enjoy being there) and he had no qualms hiding it from his customers.

4. This was frankly insulting and unacceptable - if they know this is an issue then why is it still occurring?At the end of the stay when we checked out and reinforced our unhappiness with the level of service, we were told to speak with our travel agent.

5. Stayed at hotel frank as part of our honeymoon, the hotel had a very dark and eerie feel to it, did not feel comfortable staying in the hotel especially as the majority of the staff appear to be very unhappy working at the hotel.
