2. We discovered the hotel workers are also the ones picketing on their days off - kind of a conflict of interest, however they accommodated us once we complained about the noise.

3. We were told they have been there for 6 months and when we did complain were told the manager would call us back, when we hadn't heard back we went down to the front desk to be told the manager had gone for the day.

9. When we complained to the hotel staff, they informed us that in regards to the bed linens that is all they offer as part of their standard level of service.

10. For the price we paid, I suppose I can`t complain too much, but if given a choice I would not stay at the Maxwell again, at least not until it undergoes a major renovation.
