The
dispute
has apparently been running for more than a year, though our travel agent did mention the problem when booking.

Later, when I tried to order room service, I was informed that the hotel had stopped offering room service because the management was in some kind of
dispute
with the restaurant.

It's a nice hotel in a convenient location, but it could be so much better with upgraded service and an end to the labor
dispute
.

As other reviewers have mentioned, the labor
dispute
is ongoing and they do scream at you and try to make you feel bad for staying there - 'Shame on you.

We'll return to the hotel when the
dispute
is over- until then it just seems like too much of a hassle.

somehow it was my fault that there is a labour
dispute
:/The service is terrible- of course this is because they are unhappy with management but why take it out on the guests? As far as noise goes- it wasn't too bad but our room was on the 9th floor backside- so if you are going to brave this place before the
dispute
is over, than request a room in the back & up high.

After schlepping for 6 hours in the car we just wanted to get to our room, when we arrived there were protestors outside- a labour
dispute
between the employees and management.

It is true the hotel cannot be held responsible for what goes on outside, they do however, as the
dispute
is with them, have an obligation to explain to its customers why they are being screamed at.

I would recommend this hotel however I would think twice whilst this
dispute
is going on.
