1. The dispute has apparently been running for more than a year, though our travel agent did mention the problem when booking.

6. somehow it was my fault that there is a labour dispute :/The service is terrible- of course this is because they are unhappy with management but why take it out on the guests? As far as noise goes- it wasn't too bad but our room was on the 9th floor backside- so if you are going to brave this place before the dispute is over, than request a room in the back & up high.

7. After schlepping for 6 hours in the car we just wanted to get to our room, when we arrived there were protestors outside- a labour dispute between the employees and management.

8. It is true the hotel cannot be held responsible for what goes on outside, they do however, as the dispute is with them, have an obligation to explain to its customers why they are being screamed at.
