1. We arrived to the union members protesting outside, which we had been forewarned about, so this was not an issue.

2. There were a few issues, one being that there was no tea or coffee making facilities in the room and seeing as my Mum doesn't function without here early morning coffee this was frustrating for her.

3. (anyone?)The only issue are the elevators, they are tiny and look more like an afterthought, but the issue is that they smell of mildew.

5. What a joke not sure what the issue is with the staff but seriously this going on this long is ridiculousThe location is great though to be fair the room was nice but you can hear everything from corridor and room next door All the upset could be avoided if they were upfront about this mess.
