2. somehow it was my fault that there is a labour dispute :/The service is terrible- of course this is because they are unhappy with management but why take it out on the guests? As far as noise goes- it wasn't too bad but our room was on the 9th floor backside- so if you are going to brave this place before the dispute is over, than request a room in the back & up high.

5. I would not recommend having any meal at the Max restaurant downstairs, where is expensive, service is terrible and waiters have a hostile attitude towards you.
