1. With free wi-fi in the lobby and the fun White Horse bar (free hot dogs), how can you go wrong? Our rate was the best in SF, we couldn't believe that such a nice place could be so reasonable.

2. There was nothing wrong with the hotel and in a great location-however this hotel needs to employ staff who have at least an inch of good customer service and know how to hold a conversation with somebody in an adult manner.
