4. -We were very digusted with this, and were very shocked because the pictures that were online were very deceiving, NOTHING what we paid for-Upon check out we listed the above problems to the lady at the front desk and she showed zero concern at all, saying that is what we paid forTo sum it up: we would never stay here again.

9. I didint like the snoby lady there Kathy or what ever her name was they were unable to give proper directions or help when i had cable tv problems by the way they had rats running around the parking lot and racoons in the stairway.
