3. Our room was 311, just at the corner of the building and mostly shielded from the street noise, and the higher numbers are at the back of the building, facing the quiet neighborhood of Cow Hollow.

4. One small downside was that my room overlooked Lombard Street which is very busy from early in the morning till late at night so some traffic noise but didn't bother me too much.
