1. I read review after review of downtown hotels at the same price in rough neighbourhoods with dirty shared washrooms, when I came across this Motel on trip advisor.

3. The rooms were small but nicely decorated and clean, the bathrooms were ok but really needed cleaning a bit better as the floors were looking a bit dirty.
