7. Stayed on a Saturday night, so didn't really have any issues with noise as the traffic on Lombard is much lighter on the weekend.

8. The only glitch was that one of our reservations was extended and for some reason, since the reservation was done separately from the original, a new key was issued and our room never got cleaned that day despite putting up the sign to do so.

9. The only issue i had is that although it's near the Golden Gate Bridge, some rooms have a slight view, it's pretty far out from everything else.

10. We had an issue with the people in the room next door, and we were literally moved that same day to the other side of the hotel with no problems whatsoever.
